OneMedic is not a healthcare provider, and the Licensed Materials are not a substitute for professional medical advice. All information is for reference only. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before applying any information from our platform.

5. Term of Use

6. Non-Transferability

You may not sublicense, resell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your account or access rights. Any unauthorized transfer shall be considered null and void.

7. Limitation of Liability

OneMedic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Licensed Materials, including but not limited to personal loss, data loss, loss of profits, or service disruption.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of OneMedic’s services is subject to our Privacy and Cookie Policy, including the collection of data related to your interactions such as IP address, location, mouse movements, and keystrokes, which are used to improve service quality.

9. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or input you provide to OneMedic may be used freely and without compensation. OneMedic has no obligation to keep such feedback confidential.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between OneMedic and you with respect to your use of the Licensed Materials. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Continued use signifies your acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.
